• We're an HCF preferred provider and eligible HCF members usually receive one fully covered initial assessment.
• Senior Card concession holders and students paying their own way may request a 10% discount.
• Privately insured patients can expect substantial rebates from their insurance companies.
• Workers Compensation, road accident patients, or any patient covered by public liability insurances should let us know about their position. Following a determination of liability, we'll bill the insurer directly.
• There are no out-of-pocket expenses for WorkCover, Third Party insurance or Veterans' Affairs clients.
• Bulk billing for Medicare EPC clients is possible upon request and at the discretion of the physiotherapist.
